Zunil Lamps, small & medium table lamps & floor lamp: Zunil is a town in the western highlands of Guatemala that is well known for its exquisite tapestry-style handwoven hairbands, called tocoyales. We hang or wrap vintage Zunil tocoyales around these lamps, allowing their ornate pompom end pieces to display against the lamps’ bases. The floor lamp is sold without a shade. The smaller lamps use decorative bulbs instead of shades.
Measures: iron tube body 1/2" diam x 63 cms high, diam base 15cms x 2cms high, Zunil tocoyal strap wrapped around the lamp, socket with electric cable and lamp shade carrier.
