Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. Under this license you may not:  modify or copy the materials; use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial).

Revisions and Errata
We do not have a dedicated staff for the maintenance and updating of our web site. This is done informally by members of our staff as needed, for instance in the runup to trade shows, or when new products are debuted. Therefore, the  materials appearing on our web site could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. We do not warrant that any of the materials on the web site are 100% accurate, complete, or current. We may make changes to the materials contained on the site at any time without notice, however, we do not make any commitment to update the materials regularly.

Terms of Sale
A copy of your purchase order written at a trade fair shall be delivered to you via electronic means at the time of the sale. In the case of a sale made via our website a copy of the order shall also be sent to you electronically. Please review immediately the shipping address and shipping date consigned in that document and contact us IMMEDIATELY if you would like to make a change to either of these. The purchase order is a binding legal document and we will seek to enforce payment of any and all merchandise ordered that is cancelled after the ten-day grace period set out above.

 

Additionally:

1.  Your purchase order states the total amount you will be required to pay which typically consists of the merchandise total and a shipping cost, but may also include costs related to any changes in the merchandise that you have requested and we have agreed to.

2.  Your purchase order contains our company address and contact information, and in the case of a trade show purchase, the identity of the salesperson who wrote your order.
